I used her as my seller and buyer agent. As my selling agent she was patient and explained in detail the process and procedures, was not pushy and looked after my best interests. As my buying agent she was patient in choosing and showing me different places and pointing out negatives and positives of each one to assist in my decision. Once a property came on the market I was interested in and knew would go quickly, she was out of town, however she arranged for another realtor to show the property to me.
